Baby Keem

Hykeem Jamaal Carter Jr. (born October 22, 2000), professionally known as Baby Keem, is an American rapper, songwriter, and producer known for his inventive take on hip-hop, combining high-energy flows with melodic vocals and experimental beats. Born in Carson, California, and raised primarily in Las Vegas, Nevada, he became one of the best young performers of his generation due to his innovative style, production skills and unique music.

Early Life

Keem grew up with both hardships and musical inspirations. He was born into a family of music, with many members working in rap and production. His mother had problems with alcohol and his father was mostly absent from his upbringing. He spent much of his childhood in the care of his grandmother, whom he often describes as a second mother.
